Remaining 2023 Timeline
The Ohio House and Senate have committees and sessions scheduled for the next two weeks of December before holiday recess. We expect legislative activity to conclude around December 13.

Modifications appear focused on tax distribution changes, increasing funding for addiction/recovery programs and law enforcement, addressing maximum THC content levels, and smoking in public.
Timeline is uncertain, though changes imminent.
