Ellie Ratliff is a senior enrolled in the Health Science Technologies program at Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center. Ellie has dedicated her high school career to engaging in service projects for her community. Ellie is currently serving her student body as her National Technical Honor Society president as well as her student council president and a M.A.D.E ambassador. Ellie has been a part of many student-led organizations, but her CTSO SkillsUSA has truly shaped her into the person she is today.

Ellie has served at Pickaway-Ross as a 2021-2023 SkillsUSA local officer, a first-time SkillsUSA Ohio South Central Regional Officer for Pickaway-Ross, Pickaway-Ross's first ever SkillsUSA State Officer, and finally, a speaker at SkillsUSA nationals over local chapter involvement and national voting delegate. Ellie's time in her SkillsUSA chapter has allowed her to get her hands dirty in their biggest community service project, the Veterans Healing Garden, located at the Chillicothe V.A. Medical Center. Ellie thrives in the Veterans Healing garden as it spikes her interest in the medical and mental health fields. Ellie plans to go to Shawnee State University to obtain a Bachelor’s of Nursing and eventually a Master's to become a Nurse Practitioner.
