As you kick off the 2019 school year, are you looking for something to get students, teachers, parents and community members excited about careers? Celena Roebuck, Ed.D., manager of educational content for ideastream, has announced the following:

Your Ohio public television stations, ideastream, CET and WOSU Public Media, have created The Career Path Less Taken, a 30-minute documentary that highlights the changing world of work and the pathways to success through career and technical education. It will air Thursday, September 5 at 8:00 p.m. on most Ohio public television stations and will be available online. Find more information here.

Accompanying The Career Path Less Taken documentary is an online digital toolkit that includes screening tools and a discussion guide. In the digital toolkit, you’ll find chapter-marked areas of the documentary that may be useful to businesses, parents, students, teachers and state officials. These assets were built specifically for you and your communities, and we hope that you enjoy them.
